IZU SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING GRADUATE STUDENT CONGRESS
Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Science and Engineering Graduate Student Congress will be held online between 04-05 June 2022. The Master’s or PhD candidates are able to attend the congress with all kinds of studies (graduation project, master thesis, doctoral thesis, scientific research, etc.) from all universities. Participants who want to present their studies need to send an abstract of 150-300 words until the last date for abstract submission. The congress is open to all fields from science and engineering disciplines, and the abstracts sent will be evaluated through blind review process. The congress is held in two languages: Turkish and English. Accepted abstracts will be published electronically in PDF format having an ISBN number. Participants will also be able to submit their full texts to be published in Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Journal of the Institute of Science and Technology (IZUJIST) (https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/izufbed ). The duration of the online presentations will be 10-15 minutes. No fee is required to attend the conference.

| Abstracts | The deadline for submission of abstracts (150-300 words), will be April 15, 2022. Participants can also write the names of their thesis advisors in the abstracts. Abstracts can be submitted in either Turkish or English. A participant can attend the congress with a maximum of two separate presentations. |
| Acceptance/rejection notifications | Acceptance/rejection decisions regarding the abstracts submitted to the congress will be announced after 15 May 2022 and acceptance letters will be sent to the participants if requested. |
| Book of Abstracts | Abstracts will be published digitally in PDF format in the form of congress booklet with ISBN number. Full texts can be sent to Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Journal of the Institute of the Science and Technology (IZUJIST) for publication after they are prepared in accordance with the writing rules (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/izufbed/writing-rules) (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/izufbed). |

| Presentations | Presentations will be made online (MS Teams) in two languages in 10-15 minutes. The chair of each session will open a session in the general participation channel created in the MS Teams program, when the time comes, and invite the participants to make presentations. |
