Dr. Gülsüm Çetinkaya, Deputy General Manager of the LCW Leadership Transformation and Leadership R&D Center, was the guest of the “Professional Orientation Seminars, Meeting with Sector Leaders” organized by the Career Center Directorate of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. Emphasizing the importance of knowing what one wants, working with passion, and having the courage to step out of one’s comfort zone, Çetinkaya focused on innovative work behavior, ways of psychological empowerment, the importance of giving autonomy to employees, and the effects of organizational commitment. The program, attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences Prof. Dr. İbrahim Güran Yumuşak, Career Center Director Erbay Aydın, academics, and students, concluded with a recruitment interview simulation.
