On November 14, 2025, IZU CELT hosted a training session focused on effective classroom management in higher education, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Sarıcan. Participants were introduced to key topics such as university students' learning behaviors, ways to strengthen classroom interaction, and practical strategies to increase student participation through example-based applications. The training provided an opportunity for faculty members from different faculties to share their experiences, thus offering a more holistic perspective on classroom management.
