Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University (İZÜ) hosted representatives from American Islamic College as part of its international academic collaboration efforts. The delegation was welcomed by İZÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Cevat Acar and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Erhan İçener. The visit included discussions on İZÜ’s academic programs and institutional vision, with the participation of American Islamic College President Dr. Timothy J. Gianotti and Prof. Dr. Abdullah Yavaş from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
During the meetings, which were also attended by İZÜ academics, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between İZÜ and American Islamic College. The agreement outlines mutual visits, joint research projects, and the organization of collaborative seminars and conferences, strengthening academic ties between the institutions.
