Upon the request of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Health Sciences, the IZU CELT organized a series of training sessions to enhance the competencies of the academic staff of the Faculty of Health Sciences. The program consisted of four sessions under two different topics, held on October 24-25, November 21, and December 13, 2024.
As part of the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamil Arif Kırkıç delivered training sessions on two key topics. In the "Assessment and Evaluation in Education" training, participants were introduced to assessment tools, techniques, and methods commonly used in higher education teaching processes through interactive applications. In the "Writing Learning Outcomes in Higher Education" training, participants learned about the definition of learning outcomes, guidelines for writing effective learning objectives, and the Turkish Qualifications Framework for Higher Education, supported by interactive examples.
