In the non-thesis master's programs of our Institute the project supervisors of students who have completed their study period by the end of the 2024-2025 academic year's fall semester are required to submit the Word version of the project to the project control email addresses by the end of office hours on Friday, December 20, 2024, at the latest.
Projects submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Plagiarism reports and plagiarism declaration forms of non-thesis master's students graduating in the fall semester must be submitted by the Head of the Department to the Graduate Education Institute by Friday, January 17, 2025, at the latest.
Non-thesis master's students graduating in the fall semester must submit their projects by Friday, January 17, 2025.

Requirements for Submission of a Non Thesis Project
- The students enrolled in non-thesis Master's programs must have at least ten courses (a total of 75 ECTS) together with a minimum GPA of 2.50 to submit.
- For a non-thesis master's program, the project title determined by the student and their supervisor must be listed in the Campus Information System.
Checking for Plagiarism and Compliance with Writing Rules for Completed Master's Project
- The primary responsibility for the preparation of the project in accordance with the Graduate Education Institute Thesis Writing Guide belongs to the student and project supervisor.

In case of Project Incompletion and Failure
- Students who fail to complete their master’s project or submit their projects within the three-semester study period will be dismissed from the University.
According to the 1st paragraph of article 14 of the IZU Graduate Education and Training Regulations;
(1) The duration of the master's program with non-thesis is at least two semesters starting from the semester in which the courses related to the program enrolled in the program are given, regardless of whether they are registered for each semester, except for the period spent in scientific preparation, and the program is completed in at most three semesters,
