An orientation and introductory meeting was held for the new students joining the Special Education Department. The meeting, aimed at facilitating students' adaptation to university life, was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nüket Afat, the Head of the Special Education Department. In a friendly atmosphere with the participation of the academic and administrative staff, students had the opportunity to learn about the core principles of the Special Education Department and the opportunities they will encounter in their professional development journey. Presentations were made regarding the department's approach to education and future career possibilities, and academic staff answered students' questions. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nüket Afat wished the new students a healthy, successful, and happy university life, noting that this process would mark the beginning of a bright future for them.
