IZU CELT organized a series of training sessions on September 10 and 13, 2024, under four different topics to enhance the competencies of the university's academic staff.
Within the scope of the "Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education" training, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yüksel Erdoğdu provided participants with key insights on effective assessment methods and objective evaluation of student achievement.
In the "Student Behavior Management in Higher Education" training, delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Özdemir, methods that can guide academics in managing classroom dynamics were discussed.
The "Instructional Technologies in Higher Education" training was delivered online via Microsoft Teams by Asst. Prof. Dr. Bengi Birgili Karabulut.
The final session, "Material Design and Development in Higher Education" was conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Sarıcan. Participants had the opportunity to experience the material development process through practical examples and interactive activities.
