The "Decision-Making Process and Decision Traps" training was delivered on September 27-28, 2023, by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Özdemir, a faculty member of the Department of Educational Sciences at Marmara University.
During the training, topics such as the stages of decision-making processes, methods used in decision-making, and common decision traps were discussed. Various activities were conducted to help participants better understand the decision-making process, and practical recommendations were shared to support the development of their decision-making skills.
