Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University organized a series of training seminars on September 13-14 under four different topics to support the professional development of its academic staff. During the seminars, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hakan Gençoğlu delivered a session on Moodle, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Necmettin Özmen presented on Quality and Course Syllabi, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nüket Afat conducted a seminar on Academic Counseling, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Pınar Özkan provided training on Classroom Management.
In the Moodle seminar, participants were introduced to the basic features of the Moodle system and learned how to use the platform effectively.
The Quality and Course Syllabi seminar focused on quality and accrediation processes and provided guidance on important considerations when preparing course syllabi.
During the Academic Counseling seminar, participants gained insights into the principles of academic counseling and ways to support students' academic development.
In the Classroom Management seminar, participants explored key classroom management techniques and discussed strategies for creating a learning environment that supports student engagament and learning.
