Applications for the transition to master's programs with or without thesis in the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year will be made between September 05, 2022 and September 12, 2022
Matters to be Considered Before and After Transition Procedures:
- The student who wants to transfer to the master's program with thesis must study at least one semester in the non-thesis master's program and must have taken and succeeded all the courses in that semester.
- Students studying in the Scientific Preparatory Program cannot apply for transfer.
- Thesis/Non-Thesis transfer applications; The application form must be sent together with the ALES document and (according to the application requirements of the Department) Language Proficiency Documents. Documents must be signed. Application documents must be submitted to the personnel in charge of the program by hand or by e-mail.

- Students who apply for transfer to the master's program with thesis are charged the non-thesis-thesis difference fee of the semester. Fees are not refunded to those who switch from the master's program with thesis to the master's program without thesis.
- Those who are transferred to the Master's program with or without thesis should request exemption from the courses they have taken before and succeeded in the Course Exemption Requests tab of the Campus Information System.
- Those who are transferred to the master's program with thesis must choose a thesis advisor and determine the thesis proposal and send it to the Graduate School Secretariat with the approval of the Department.
- Those who are transferred to the Non-Thesis Master's program should determine the project advisor and the project subject and send it to the Institute Secretariat with the approval of the Department.
