Students who want to complete their registration for the 2021-2022 fall semester graduate programs must complete the registration process by coming to the registration office of our University Halkalı Campus İSEFAM Building (EK-004) between 09.00-17.00 between 21-24 September 2021.
Students who have any problems with the registration process should contact the Program Managers. Click here for program managers and e-mail addresses.
Documents Required for Registration
• Graduation Certificate (must be obtained from e-Government)
• Transcript (Original or E-Signed) (Transcript),
• Internet printout of ALES result document, (Except for Non-Thesis Master's Programs)
• Internet printout of the Foreign Language Exam Result (For the candidates who are accepted to the Programs for which Language Score is required)
• 1 Passport Photo,
• Original of Military Status Certificate (dated in the last month) or Photocopy of Discharge Certificate,
• Copy of Identity Card,
• Mission Document (For members/employees of institutions or organizations that have a protocol with our University)
• Letter of Undertaking for Graduate Students (to be obtained from the registration office)
• Final Registration Form (to be obtained from the registration office)
Note 1: There will be absolutely no registration with missing documents.
Note 2: Substitute candidates will be called for registration instead of candidates who have passed the registration date. Announcements to alternate candidates will be made in the coming days.
