Erasmus+ Program Countries Student Mobility for Traineeship
The grant support provided to the participants selected in Erasmus + Traineeship Mobility is limited to a maximum of 65 days, so that more students can benefit from the activity.
Duration of the mobility must be at least 60 days.

Application Requirements
In the Erasmus + Traineeship Mobility, the application form must be completed with an acceptance letter received from a foreign company. Only applicants with a letter of acceptance will be evaluated.

What to Be Careful About When Applying
1-Please contact the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator about any problems that may arise during the application. (You can send an e-mail to erasmus@izu.edu.tr or visit the Erasmus Office. Library, KT-143)
2-Applications will be taken online. "Application Requirements". The "How to Apply" page must be read. Traineeship mobility is required by the Letter of Acceptance. After the required documents are uploaded to the application system, if your application is valid, it will appear as "Office Approved" on the system. It is recommended that the internship mobility start date is between 31 May and 1 September 2021.
3-Erasmus+ English Language Proficiency exam will be conducted online. Students who are going to take the exam must log in and out to IZU English Preparatory School LMS (izu.edu.tr) before exam's date using their university user accounts with the extension @ std.izu.edu.tr. The application deadline for students who will take the Erasmus English Language Proficiency exam is April 28, 2021 at 15:00.
4-If you do not want to take the Erasmus + English Language Proficiency Exam organized by the Foreign Languages Coordinator, please select the "I do not want to attend the University Erasmus + Language Proficiency Exam" option when applying online.
Students who do not want to take the Language Proficiency Exam;
- If there is an Exam Result Certificate (TOEFL-IBT, TOEFL-CBT, TOEFL-PBT, YDS, YÖKDİL and IELTS exams which are accepted as equivalent by the University, the results can be uploaded to the system. YDS and YÖKDil documents will be evaluated by considering the validity requirement of 5 years. The validity date of other exam qualification certificates is 2 years). Required documents must be uploaded to the system with respect of clearly displaying their verification codes. Candidates who do not have a language certificate should select "I want to take the Erasmus + Language Proficiency Exam" option.
- Students who wish to apply with their IZU Preparatory Grade must correctly add the "B2" level preparatory completion grade to the system and upload the current date electronically signed transcript showing the preparatory completion grade at the "B2" level to the system. "C1" Preparatory Completion grade will not be accepted.

5-An electronic signed transcript of the current date must be requested from student affairs and uploaded to the application system as PDF.
6-Selected students can drop their applications between May 18,2021-May 31,2021. Students who drop their applications after withdrawal period is done will have -10 points reduced in their next applications. Students who wish to drop their applications must come to the Erasmus Coordinatorship Office and hand over their petitions between 30 March-13 April.
