From Past To Present: GAZA

In the program “From Past To Present” held at İZÜ, the historical process and current sitiuation of jerusalem and GAZA were discussed. The program emphasized the responsibilities of the Islamic world.

In the program “From Past To Present: GAZA”, held at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Ahmed Türkistani, the international Coordinator of Hayrat Foundation, and Palestinian academic Muhammed Al Azami participated as speakers. The event, orginaized in Abdullah Tiknivli Conferance Hall, began with a recitation from the Qur’an by Muhammed El Vadi, a student from the Faculty Of Islamic Sciences.

Ahmed Türkistani, the international Coordinator of Hayrat Foundation, stated  they have been actively engaged in humanititrian aid efforts in GAZA since the events of October 7. He emphasized that the inivatives carried out to support the people of GAZA have been conducted with great dedication.


Meanwhile, Palestinian academic Muhammed Al Azami shared the historcal process of Al-Aqsa Mosque with the participants, stressing that Jerusalem should be a top priority for Muslims. He asserted, “Every Muslim must keep jerusalem on their agenda. Jerusalem should be the most significant cause in the hearts of Muslims. “Al Azami also highlighted the importance of fostering historical awareness regarding Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem.

The program reiterated the strategic and spiritual signifiance of Jerusalem and GAZA fort he Islamic world, emphasizing once again that the ongoing events are a shared concern for all Muslims.
