IZU Successfully Completed ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Audit

IZU has successfully completed the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System audit. This important process has once again confirmed the compliance of our information security management system with standards.

IZU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Erhan İçener highlighted the importance of the ISO 27001 audit, stating, "Such efforts allow us to maintain high standards of information security within our institution and enable us to improve ourselves. Adhering to standards like ISO 27001 strengthens our culture of information security and contributes to our institutional development."

During the audit process, Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University's information security procedures, risk management, and data protection policies were thoroughly examined. The results obtained once again demonstrated the high standards of our university in this area. Prof. Dr. Erhan İçener emphasized the importance our university places on such efforts and expressed his gratitude to the entire team for their contribution to this success.

In 2018, our university was awarded the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certificate and continues to work with the goal of continuous development and improvement in the field of information security, undergoing internal and external audits every year. Maintaining the continuity of our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certificate is of great importance as a testament to our commitment in this direction.
