On July 1st, 2024, Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University's Center for Islam and Global Affairs (CIGA) hosted a successful screening of the documentary film "The Night Won't End," focusing on Gaza.
The event, moderated by Üveys Han, featured a discussion with executive producer and co-writer Laila Al-Arian, and cinematographer Ashraf Mashawari. They shared the mental and logistical challenges of filming, including interviews with victims' families and teams on the ground, providing deep insights into the struggles faced by the Gazan people. It was a meaningful evening for all attendees.
