Students who ask to apply for the doctoral qualifying exam to be held in the fall semester of the 2023-2024 academic year are required to fill out the Doctoral Qualifying application form at https://kampus.izu.edu.tr/login between October 30th-November 3rd, 2023.
Doctoral Qualifying Exams will be held on a date to be determined by the relevant Head of the Departments in December 2023.
The exams will be held at our Halkalı campus.
POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED
1- Students who have successfully completed their courses and seminar, have a weighted grade point average of at least 3.00 and above, and fulfill the Foreign Language Proficiency can apply for the doctoral qualifying exam.
2- Students admitted with a master's degree must take the doctoral qualifying exam until the end of the fifth semester at the latest in compliance with the relevant regulations.
3- Students who ask to take the Doctoral Qualifying Examination, must have a thesis supervisor and choose from the “Doctoral Qualifying Examination” section at https://derskayit.izu.edu.tr/Login
4- Students who applied for the Doctoral Qualifying Examination held in the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year and did not take the exam or failed the exam, are required to apply again on the specified dates. Students who do not apply will be considered unsuccessful and will be disenrolled from the University.
