In order to participate in the activity, students must meet the following minimum requirements:
- The student is a full-time student enrolled in an education program in any of the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels of the university,,
- Students who meet the requirements of the academic grade point average,
a) The cumulative academic grade point average of undergraduate students is at least 2.20 / 4.00,
b) The cumulative academic grade point average of graduate and doctorate students is at least 2.50 / 4.00,
- For Learning Mobility the student should have the minimum amount of ECTS credits to select
- If the applicant has taken advantage of Erasmus+ or Lifelong Learning Programme before, the new mobility cannot exceed 12 months in total with the previous mobility. The total operating period cannot exceed 12 months.
Conformity check is performed after all applications are received. Ineligible submissions are as follows.
- Non-full-time students, students with a course load of less than 30 ECTS courses per semester in 1 academic half-year, (students with 1 or 2 courses or at the graduation stage),
- students enrolled in undergraduate programs where the academic GPA is not formed yet,
- Students who are expected to be in the 1st year in the period of mobility,
- Students in the department where there is not an Erasmus Agreement,
- If the applicant has taken advantage of Erasmus+ or Lifelong Learning Programme before, and the new mobility exceeds 12 months in total with the previous mobility. The total operating period cannot exceed 12 months
