How to Apply?

Applications are announced by Erasmus + Institution Coordinators Office in certain periods.

Application announcements are included in the "Student Mobility Application Announcements" page.

The application process consists of 2 stages.

1- Online Application

2- Delivery of Documents

Online Application

Online Applications are received via the Erasmus + Online Application System. (http://applyerasmus.izu.edu.t)

The documents required for application must be uploaded to the online application system during the application.

If applied for the first time, the student e-mail (with the extension of izu.edu.tr) must be confirmed by clicking on the "Register & Apply" section.

If you have applied before, you can access the application form by logging into the application system with your student e-mail and password with izu.edu.tr extension.

Delivery of Documents

After the online application is completed, the "Application Form" should be printed and signed and given to the Erasmus Office with "Required Documents for Application". After the documents have been delivered to the Erasmus Office, your application will be controlled.

If your application is appropriate, your application status in the system will be updated as "Office Approved" by Erasmus Office employees.

You can visit the Erasmus Office to print the application form and other documents.

Informations made to the students during the application are made via students’ e-mail address (with izu.edu.tr extension).
