What should be considered during the application?
1- Please contact Erasmus Office regarding any problems that may occur during the application. (You can send an e-mail to erasmus@izu.edu.tr or visit the Erasmus Office. Library KT-143)
2- After the pre-application is made online, the Application Form "must be printed, signed and delivered to the Erasmus Office with the "Documents Required for Application". "How to Apply" page must be read. After the required documents have been submitted to the Erasmus Office (Library KT-143), your application will appear on the system as "Office Approved". Students who do not submit documents will not be evaluated.
3- If you do not want to take the Erasmus + English Language Proficiency Exam organized by the Foreign Languages Coordination Office, the "I do not want to take the Erasmus + Language Proficiency Exam 13 March 2020 University" option should be checked.
Students who do not want to take the Language Proficiency Exam;
- Can apply with "İZÜ B2 Preparation Final score" in their transcripts. (Score of C1 or other levels will not be accepted.)
or
- Can apply with YDS, YÖKDİL, TOEFL-IBT-CBT-PBT and IELTS scores to determine the foreign language level. The validity period of the language proficiency certificates are as follows:
- YÖKDİL and YDS for 5 years,
- TOEFL and IELTS FOR 2 years
If you wish to apply with these documents, you should submit them to Erasmus Office during the application.

4- At the time of application, please research the university of your choice well. Make sure the language of instruction is English. Almost all of the selected students are placed in their first choice. Therefore, the university in your first choice should be thoroughly researched.
5- Please consider the period you want to participate in the mobility during application.
6- No change can be made in the semester and University preferences without a force majeure after the application deadlines.
7- If you are applying for Summer Term Internship mobility within the same application period, selecting Spring Term for Student Mobility for Studies will help you, if you are selected for both mobility.
8- Students who will take place on the main list will have a week for waivers between 30 March 2020 and 13 April 2020. Students who do not exercise the right to waive between these dates and waive a different date will be deducted -10 points in the next application periodStudents wishing to waive are required to come to Erasmus Office from 30 March to 13 April and submit a petition.
