Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Graduate Education Institute, in collaboration with İlim Yayma Foundation, will host a Graduate Student Congress on September 25-26, 2024. The Congress is open to master's and doctoral students in science, health, and social sciences.

Applicants must submit their full-text papers, written per the writing rules of the Congress, by August 15, 2024, via https://izu.edu.tr/izu-iyv-kong. Papers must adhere to the writing rules and templates available on the website. The Congress is open to all fields of science, health, and social sciences. Reviewers from the relevant fields will review submitted papers. Those deemed suitable for presentation will be selected.

- The Congress welcomes submissions and presentations in Turkish, English, and Arabic. Translations of the papers are not required.

- Submitted manuscripts must be unpublished. Papers under consideration for publication are not eligible.

- A maximum of 2 (two) single or co-authored papers can be submitted to Congress. Authors should only be master’s and doctoral students.

- Papers can have a maximum of 3 (three) authors.

- Submitted full-texts will be reviewed by the reviewers. Full texts uploaded to the congress application system are sent to reviewers. Studies can be accepted or rejected in line with the reports from the reviewers.

- Accepted papers (with ISBN) will be published as proceedings books on the Congress website. They should be a minimum page of (6) six (2250 words) and a maximum of (21) twenty-one (8000 words).

- Accepted papers will be presented face-to-face within 15-20 minutes. Only presented papers will be eligible to receive a participation certificate and be published in full-text.

- There will be no fee to participate in the Congress.
