SUBMISSION GUIDELINES / قواعد إرسال الأبحاث

The Congress will be held in Turkish, English, and Arabic. Participants must submit their papers in the language of their presentation. Translations of the papers are not required.

All submitted manuscripts must be unpublished. Papers under review for publication are not eligible.

A maximum of 2 (two) papers, either as a single or co-authored, can be submitted, and all authors must be master's or PhD students.

The number of authors per paper is limited to three.

Full-text papers uploaded to the Congress application system are sent to referees for review. They may either be accepted or rejected based on the reports provided by the referees.

Full-text papers presented at the Congress will be published on the Congress website as a proceedings book (with ISBN numbers). Papers should be a minimum of 6 pages (2250 words) and a maximum of 21 pages (8000 words).

The overall similarity rate of the paper must be 20% or below. At this stage, papers with an overall similarity rate exceeding 20% will be returned to the author without entering the peer review process.

The Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) rate detected in the paper's "Artificial Intelligence Detection Report" must be 50% or below. At this stage, papers with a GAI rate exceeding 50% will be returned to the author without entering the peer review process.

Presentations will take place in person within a 15-20 minute time frame. If a paper is not presented, despite its acceptance, no participation certificate will be provided, and the paper will not be published in full text.
