The “Leadership and Management in Times of Crisis” program, organized by the Center for Management, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership, will address how decision-making processes are shaped during crisis periods and examine the dynamics of leadership approaches.
Drawing on the experiences of Deputy Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Türkiye, Münir Karaloğlu, the program will include evaluations of strategic communication, coordination, and the role of public administration in crisis management.
