Established in accordance with Articles 46 and 47 of the Higher Education Law, Health, Culture and Sports Department's tasks consists of; the protection of physical, nutritious and mental health of students and staff accordance with the plans and programs of Higher Education Council and University Administration. For this purpose, the department constructs and operates the facilities of the university such as; canteens, dining halls, meeting and conference rooms, sports facilities, health facilities.
In this regard, the Health, Culture and Sports Department aims at research and implementation to be able to make the most out of the services it provides. These services include; the facilities and organized activities, social, cultural, sportive activities, consultancy in guidance services, and facilites to help students with disabilities.
