Online sessions will be held via Zoom application.
You can download the application by using the following link: https://zoom.us/download. If you need help, please contact the IT department of your institution. Note that only version 5 and higher versions (which supports encryption) are going to be supported.
It is better to join the meeting with your computer where the internet connection provided with the cable.
At least 1 day before from your online session, you are going to receive a Meeting ID and password via email.
You can join the meeting where your camera angle, voice, and the light of the environment will be tested 1-2 hours before your session using the same meeting ID and password provided before. Also, please join the same meeting room 20 minutes before your session.
For those who are going to present their papers on Sunday or Monday, there will be an additional meeting to test the technical issues mentioned above. The link for this meeting is also going to be sent to you via email soon.
If you have a problem with the connection via Zoom, you can inform +90 507 406 9918 by sending a message from WhatsApp. That means that you will continue your presentation via WhatsApp. After your message, the technical team will call you as soon as possible.
