Yükseköğretim Genel Kurulu’nun 17.02.2023 tarihli toplantısında alınan kararlar çerçevesinde, Üniversitemizde 2022-2023 Eğitim Öğretim yılı Bahar döneminde eğitim- öğretim faaliyetleri aşağıda açıklanan şekilde sürdürülecektir:

1. Üniversitemizde, 07.02.2023 tarihinde ara verilen 2022-2023 Öğretim yılı Bahar yarıyılı eğitimine 21.02.2023 Salı günü yeniden başlanacaktır.

    

2. 3. maddede belirtilen lisans dersleri ile uygulama içeren lisansüstü dersleri dışındaki lisans ve lisansüstü program dersleri, uzaktan eğitim yöntemleriyle yürütülecektir.

    

3. Eğitimlerine “Yükseköğretimde Uygulamalı Eğitimler Çerçeve Yönetmeliği” uyarınca devam eden Mühendislik ve Doğa Bilimleri, Sağlık Bilimleri Fakülteleri programlarındaki lisans öğrencileri ile Eğitim, İslami İlimler ve Spor Bilimleri Fakültelerindeki öğretmenlik uygulaması dersini alacak lisans öğrencilerinin bu eğitimleri yüz yüze sürdürülecektir.

    

4. Uzaktan eğitim yöntemiyle ve yüz yüze verilecek lisans ve lisansüstü dersler, daha önce ilan edilen haftalık ders programlarına göre yürütülecektir.

    

5. Daha önce ilan edilen akademik takvim, yaşanan erteleme ve yapılan değişikliklere göre güncellenip ilan edilecektir. Bu bağlamda, Mart ayında yapılması öngörülen “ara sınav” tarihleri ertelenmiş olup, ara sınav ve dönem sonu sınavlarının tarihleri ile sınavların yapılma yöntem ve usulleri daha sonra ilan edilecektir. Bu süre içinde yapılacak lisansüstü yeterlilik ve tez savunması sınavları yüz yüze gerçekleştirilecektir.

    

6. Üniversitemizde kayıtlı olan ve talep eden öğrencilerin talepleri halinde 2022-2023 Bahar yarıyılında kayıtları, talepleri halinde yetkili kurullarca dondurulabilecek ve bu süre programın azami öğrenim süresinden düşülmeyecektir.

    

7. Değişen durum ve şartlara göre ilerleyen zaman içinde alınabilecek yeni kararlar ve değişiklikler, ayrıca duyurulacaktır.

Within the framework of the decisions taken at the meeting of the General Assembly of Higher Education dated 17.02.2023, educational activities will be carried out at our University in the spring semester of the 2022-2023 Academic year as described below:

• At our university, the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, which was suspended on 07.02.2023, will start again on Tuesday, 21.02.2023.

   

• The undergraduate and graduate program courses other than the undergraduate courses specified in the article and the graduate courses containing applications will be conducted by distance education methods.

   

• In accordance with the “Framework Regulation for Applied Education in Higher Education,” undergraduate students in Engineering and Natural Sciences, Health Sciences Faculties, and undergraduate students taking the teaching practice course in the Faculty of Education, Islamic Sciences, and Sports Sciences will continue to face-to-face education.

   

• Undergraduate and postgraduate courses to be given by distance education method and face-to-face will be conducted according to the previously announced weekly course schedules.

   

• The previously announced academic calendar will be updated and announced according to the postponement and changes made. In this context, the dates of the “mıdterm exam” scheduled to be held in March have been postponed, and the dates of the mıdterm and final exams and the methods and procedures for conducting the exams will be announced later. The graduate qualification and thesis defense exams to be held during this period will be held face-to-face.

   

• Students registered at our university can have their registrations frozen by the authorized committee upon their request during the 2022-2023 Spring semester. There will be no deduction from the maximum education period of the program for this period.

New decisions and changes that may be taken in the coming time according to changing situations and conditions will also be announced.
