Welcome to Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Student Guesthouses where you will live most precious moments with serenity inside the nature. We serve to provide you with a warm and friendly atmosphere in the guesthouses during your university education. Our aim is to facilitate all the services that we promise and accommodate you in a safe and peaceful environment.
In addition to security, comfort and services, we as the guesthouses organize social events and provide various opportunities for our residents.
There are two separate guesthouses for male and female students within IZU Campus. Guesthouses was built in 2015-2016 academic year to serve our students’ need for accommodation. They have been providing comfortable and secure accommodation since then. Students find the best personal space and social environment to develop their academic studies and engage into social activities.
Within the complex of guesthouses there are separate apart rooms. Single, triple and quadruple rooms are located inside there apart rooms. Each apart has its common space, kitchen and restrooms which are common to the residents of that apart.

7. How to Apply?
After completing the final registration to the University, you will need to complete the pre-registration application form.
After getting accepted, payment must be made to complete the registration.
Guesthouse PRE-APPLICATION FORM
1- https://kampus.izu.edu.tr/login from the link, sign in with your username and password.
2- Click on Application Management on the left-hand side of the page then click Application forms. Choose the “Guesthouse Application” from among the applications systems.
3- After completing the form click on “Complete the Application”.
8. Other Descriptions:
Making the application does not mean you will get accepted.
After the results of the application, students who got accepted students are required to make the payment within designated dates otherwise they lose their opportunity.
Students who stayed in the guesthouse on previous years also must complete the “Guesthouse Application Form”.
If the information given in the guesthouse application form is incorrect; guesthouses administration holds the right to cancel the application.
9. How to make the payment for the guesthouse?
Go to the following link: https://kampus.izu.edu.tr/odeme. If your pre-registration is accepted to the guesthouses, you should proceed to your payment through the given link. You can pay with your “Bonus,Maksimum,World and Paraf” credit card during the period, 22-25 August.
The deposit for 2016-2017 academic year is 500₺.
5% discount is applied if you pay the whole amount at once. Here are the IBANs for the payment:
